01 · At a glance
Privacy is part of the game design.
This Privacy Policy explains how Fripple Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you play Isekai Manager on iOS or Android, use its optional online services, make a purchase, or contact us for support.
You can play the normal game without enabling optional analytics or advertising services. Isekai Manager does not currently provide player accounts, cloud saves, cross-device syncing, chat, user-generated content, push notifications, or cloud crash reporting. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location.
02 · Data on your device
Your progress stays local.
Isekai Manager stores the information needed to run your game on your device. This may include:
- stage progress, completion history, attempts, tutorials, and the active stage;
- Magical Bag charges and recharge times;
- Crowns, materials, restoration progress, and cosmetic shop choices;
- audio settings and other device preferences;
- your Optional Services choice;
- purchase entitlement status and store transaction references used to prevent duplicate grants;
- ad reward or auction references used to prevent the same reward from being granted twice; and
- automatic-ad timing and completion counters used to apply the game’s frequency limits.
This local save is not uploaded to a Fripple Studios server. The game keeps a local backup to help recover from a damaged primary save, but it does not provide cloud backup or a way to transfer progress to another device.
Before uninstalling: deleting the app or clearing its storage can permanently remove local game progress. A store purchase may be restorable, but game progress cannot currently be recovered from us.
03 · Optional services
Analytics and ads require your choice.
On first launch, Isekai Manager asks whether you want to enable Optional Services. If you continue without them, regular gameplay remains available and the game does not initialize its optional Unity Analytics or LevelPlay advertising features.
Unity Analytics
If you allow Optional Services, Unity Analytics helps us understand how the game is performing and where we can improve the player experience. Unity may automatically process an IP address, coarse location inferred from that address, installation, user, device, or advertising identifiers where available and permitted, and technical information such as device model, operating system, language, app version, hardware, screen characteristics, app interactions, purchase history, advertising data, performance, and diagnostics.
We send limited gameplay events such as session start and end, tutorial progress, stage selection and outcomes, stage number and attempt count, progression milestones, Magical Bag events, ad results, and purchase or restore outcomes. Our custom events do not include your name, email address, free-form text, precise location, contacts, photos, payment details, receipts, advertising identifier, or store transaction ID.
Advertising
If you allow Optional Services, Unity LevelPlay makes optional rewarded ads available—for example, to recover one Magical Bag or double an eligible material reward. Ad-enabled releases may also show limited automatic interstitial ads at natural breaks after successful stages, subject to in-game frequency and cooldown limits. Isekai Manager does not use banner ads.
LevelPlay mediates the game’s advertising, with Unity Ads currently configured as its advertising network. LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and IronSource Ad Quality may process device and app information, installation, user, device, or advertising identifiers where available and permitted, network identifiers such as an IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, purchase history, app and ad interactions, advertising data, and performance, diagnostic, security, or fraud-prevention information. This information is used to request, deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, measure, secure, and troubleshoot ads.
On iOS, allowing Optional Services may be followed by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency request. If you do not allow tracking, you can continue playing and may still receive contextual ads that are not personalized using cross-app tracking. You can also continue without Optional Services, in which case the game does not initialize its optional analytics or advertising features.
- Unity Technologies
- Analytics, LevelPlay mediation, Unity Ads, IronSource Ad Quality, Unity IAP, and related game services. Read Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- ironSource Mobile
- LevelPlay advertising, mediation, and ad-quality technology. Read the ironSource Mobile Privacy Policy.
We expect service providers that process information for Isekai Manager to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable platform and privacy requirements. An ad may link to a third-party service whose own policy applies once you leave the game.
04 · Purchases
The app stores handle payment.
Isekai Manager offers a permanent, non-consumable Remove Forced Ads purchase. It disables automatic interstitial ads, while optional rewarded ads remain available when Optional Services are enabled. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the transaction. Fripple Studios does not receive or store your card number, bank details, or app-store password.
The game receives information needed to show the store-localized offer, confirm whether a purchase or restore succeeded, and preserve the entitlement. A store-issued transaction reference may be kept in the local save to make the grant reliable and prevent it from being applied twice. Apple, Google, and Unity may process purchase information under their own policies.
05 · Support messages
We only know what you send us.
If you email Fripple Studios for support, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, investigate a problem, protect the game and its players, and maintain an appropriate support record.
Our support mailbox is provided by Google. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. See the Isekai Manager Support page for the useful, non-sensitive details to include.
06 · Retention & deletion
Different data has different lifetimes.
- Local game data remains on the device until the app or its storage is deleted. We cannot remotely delete or recover it because there is no player account or cloud save.
- Unity Analytics data follows Unity’s retention schedule. Unity currently states that raw event data is normally retained for 13 months, while some metrics and player-profile data remain until deletion is requested.
- Advertising data is retained by LevelPlay, Unity Ads, IronSource Ad Quality, and any future configured ad provider according to their policies and legal obligations.
- Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their store policies. The game’s local entitlement and transaction ledger remain with the local save.
- Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain support history, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.
07 · Your choices
You can change your mind.
Optional Services
Open Options → Privacy in Isekai Manager to allow Optional Services or continue without them. Turning them off stops further optional analytics and ad use. If analytics had previously been enabled, the game also sends Unity Analytics a data-deletion request; Unity’s SDK retries that request when a connection becomes available.
Changing this choice does not delete your local game progress, app-store purchase history, or information an advertising provider has already processed under its own policy. On iOS, you can separately manage Apple’s tracking permission in your device settings.
Local progress
You can remove local game data by deleting the app or clearing its app storage through your device settings. This is permanent and cannot currently be reversed through Fripple Studios.
Privacy requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another right available where you live, email fripplestudios@gmail.com with “Isekai Manager Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request, but we will never ask for your app-store password.
08 · Children
A general-audience game.
Isekai Manager is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their region. The game does not ask players to create an account or provide a name, email address, or other direct contact information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent personal information to us through support, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
09 · Security & transfers
Careful handling across regions.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Unity, ironSource, Apple, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, those providers use legal mechanisms intended to protect international transfers. Their policies provide more detail about their locations and safeguards.
10 · Policy changes
We will keep this page current.
We may revise this Policy as Isekai Manager changes, service providers change, or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top will change when we publish an update. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide an additional notice in the game or through an appropriate release channel.
