01 · Start here

Let’s get you back to the village.

For the fastest investigation, include your device model, iOS or Android version, game version, what you expected, what happened instead, steps that reproduce it, and a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords or full payment-card information.

02 · Technical help

If the game will not open or respond.

The game freezes or will not finish loading
  1. Fully close Isekai Manager and open it again.
  2. Restart your phone or tablet.
  3. Install the latest available game update and operating-system update.
  4. Confirm the device has free storage and is not in an unusually restrictive power-saving mode.

If the problem remains, contact us before reinstalling because game progress is stored locally.

What devices does the beta support?

The current project targets iOS 15 or later and Android 7.1 or later on supported 64-bit devices. Store availability can also depend on the device’s hardware and the requirements of the particular beta build.

Music or sound effects are too loud or missing

Open Options and adjust the separate Music and Sound Effects sliders. Changes apply immediately and are saved on this device. Also check the device’s volume, silent mode, and connected audio output.

03 · Saves & progress

Progress currently lives on one device.

Isekai Manager does not currently use an account, cloud save, or cross-device transfer. The game keeps a primary save and a local backup on the same device and automatically attempts backup recovery if the primary file cannot be read.

Do not uninstall or clear app storage while troubleshooting missing progress. Either action can remove the primary save and its same-device backup. Fripple Studios cannot restore a local save from a server.

My progress looks missing or older than expected

Close and reopen the game once to allow its local recovery check to run. If the progress is still wrong, stop playing and email support with the device model, game version, the last stage you remember completing, and what happened before the problem appeared.

Can I move my save to another phone?

Not in the current beta. Cloud save and cross-device sync are not yet available.

Does restoring a purchase also restore progress?

No. Restoring Remove Forced Ads restores that store entitlement only. It does not recreate stages, Crowns, materials, Magical Bags, or settlement progress.

04 · Gameplay & Magical Bags

A few rules worth knowing.

How do I clear puzzle items?

Tap available cards to place them in the Magical Bag. A group of three matching items clears. Covered cards appear dim; press and hold an available card briefly to preview what it will uncover.

Why was a Magical Bag spent after the app closed?

Starting a Main stage commits one charged Magical Bag. If the run is interrupted or force-closed before it resolves, that Bag intentionally counts as spent so attempts remain consistent.

How do Magical Bags recharge?

You can hold up to five charged Bags. One missing Bag returns every five minutes. You can also use the displayed Crown cost to refresh all five, or—when Optional Services are enabled and an ad is available—complete a rewarded ad to recover exactly one Bag.

What is Zen Mode?

Zen Mode unlocks after Main Stage 3. It offers unlimited recall for practice and does not grant progression rewards.

05 · Ads & rewards

Rewarded ads are optional.

An ad is unavailable

Check your connection and confirm Optional Services are allowed under Options → Privacy. Ad availability is never guaranteed; a provider may have no suitable ad at that moment. Normal gameplay remains available without ads.

I closed an ad and did not receive a reward

A reward is applied only after the advertising service verifies completion. A canceled, failed, interrupted, offline, or unverified ad does not change progression. If you completed the ad and the verified reward still did not appear, email support with the approximate date and time, stage, reward type, and a screenshot if available.

Does Remove Forced Ads remove rewarded ads?

No. It permanently removes automatic ads if those are enabled in a release. Optional rewarded ads remain available because the player chooses whether to watch them for a bonus.

06 · Purchases

Restore through the same store account.

Open Options → Restore while signed in to the same Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the original purchase. The store must confirm ownership before the entitlement can be restored.

If you were charged but the purchase is unavailable after a restore, first check the purchase history for the active store account. Then contact support with the platform, game version, product name, approximate purchase date, and the store’s non-sensitive order reference. Do not send full card information or your store password.

07 · Privacy choices

Playing without optional services is supported.

Open Options → Privacy to allow Unity Analytics and optional LevelPlay ads or to continue without them. Turning Optional Services off does not erase local progress or disable regular gameplay. If analytics had been enabled, the game also requests deletion of the associated Unity Analytics data.
